Artisan cheesery based in Bali, Indonesia, producing a range of handcrafted cheeses and Greek yoghurt for leading restaurants, hotels, and select retailers.
We currently process around 3,000L of milk each week and are preparing for the next stage of growth of a larger production facility.

We’re looking for a new Head Cheesemaker to lead production and help shape the next phase of the business.
The Role
This is a hands-on leadership position in a structured artisan cheesery, for someone who enjoys both the craft and responsibility.

You wil l:

• Lead and oversee daily cheese and yoghurt production
• Manage and continue to develop our capable local team
• Maintain and improve systems for quality and consistency
• Adapt processes to suit local milk and tropical conditions
  Work closely with the founder on new products and business development
  You will have genuine autonomy and the chance to make a visible impact every day.

• Solid hands-on cheesemaking experience across multiple styles
• Comfortable working in small-scale, artisan production
• Experience leading, training, and mentoring a team

• This is a full-time professional role — not a “working holiday.” The work week demands focus, consistency, and hands-on leadership.
